Some services offered by BodyWise Institute may include gentle movement, somatic practices, breath awareness, mindfulness, lifestyle education and natural health coaching.

By choosing to participate in any BodyWise Institute service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Personal Responsibility & Choice
  • Participation in all activities, discussions and practices is voluntary

  • You are encouraged to listen to your body and honour your own limits

  • You may pause, modify, or opt out of any activity or recommendation at any time

There is no expectation to push beyond comfort, capacity or personal readiness.

2. Physical, Emotional & Mental Wellbeing
  • You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you

  • If you have any medical condition, injury, mental health concern or are taking medication, you are encouraged to seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional prior to participation

BodyWise Institute does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

3. Natural Health Coaching Scope

Natural health coaching and lifestyle education offered by BodyWise Institute:

  • Are provided for educational and wellbeing support purposes only

  • Do not constitute medical, nutritional, psychological, or therapeutic advice

  • Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition

Any information shared is intended to support informed self-care and personal decision-making, not to replace professional medical advice.

4. Movement & Embodied Practices Scope

Movement, somatic, mindfulness and embodied practices are offered to support:

4. Inspired EFT – Levels 1 & 2 (Scope Clarification)

Inspired EFT Levels 1 and 2 offered by BodyWise Institute are for personal growth and self-regulation only.

They:

  • Do not provide practitioner or facilitation qualifications

  • Do not permit participants to practice EFT with clients

  • Are not a pathway to professional certification

Practitioner-level training is delivered exclusively through Inspired EFT Level 3, offered by the governing body, Inspired EFT.

5. Bookings and Payments
  • Bookings are subject to availability

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise

BodyWise Institute reserves the right to update pricing and offerings at any time.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the service, workshop, or program.

Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking or registration. Where no specific policy is stated:

  • Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be transferred or credited at the discretion of BodyWise Institute
