About the event

A 6 week journey

Sundays 10am to 1pm, commencing 21 June, 2026

This six-week Sensual Embodied Dance® journey is a deeply supportive space created exclusively for women moving through menopause.

This season of life can bring profound physical, emotional and energetic shifts including changes in hormones, sleep, mood, confidence, identity, sensuality and connection to your body. Rather than seeing any of these as something to fix, this journey offers a compassionate space to listen to the wisdom of your body and gently reconnect with the powerful woman you are becoming.

Through Sensual Embodied Dance® you are invited to soften out of stress and self-judgement and into presence, sensation and self-trust with a combination of lightly guided choreography and intuitive movement that supports your body to open, release held tension and awaken vitality, helping you to reconnect with your sensual aliveness in a way that feels safe, grounded and deeply nourishing.
