About the event

A 6 week journey

Sundays 3pm to 6pm, commencing 10 May, 2026

Sensual Embodied Dance® is a guided movement experience devoted to cultivating an intimate, respectful relationship with your body and the aliveness that flows through it.

This practice weaves together purposeful, lightly choreographed movement with intuitive embodied dance to gently open the body, unwind tension patterns and sensitise you to new ways of feeling energy, sensation and presence from within. The guided movement offers a supportive framework, orienting the body into flow and inviting deeper awareness, while always allowing space for personal expression.

Within every woman lives a well of pleasure, vitality and radiance, even if life has taught her to disconnect, brace, or push through.

Sensual Embodied Dance® creates the conditions for that aliveness to be felt again, not through effort or performance, but through embodied listening and attuned movement.
